Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

· Shipping costs are borne by us for orders above 1000 INR in India. 

· For orders below 1000 INR, a shipping cost of 100 INR is charged in India.

2.  Delivery Terms

2.1 Transit Time Domestically

· In general, domestic shipments vary according to the area. Some shipments take 2- 4 days while some take 3- 10 days to reach the destination.

2.2 Dispatch Time

· Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days

2.3 Change of Delivery Address

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

In order to be eligible for a return, contact us at our quick helpline 

We try to pick up the call or reply to the message at the time when it is received but if we are not able to do it at that time you are requested to have patience and we will contact you back.

· We try our best that you receive the products safely and it rarely happens that the product gets damaged on the way.

· We will return the same product if you receive a broken product when the package is opened.

· We try to return as soon as possible, it takes few days after dispatching the product from our side, and we will send a confirmation when the product is sent.

· You don’t need to pay any shipping charges again for the replacement.
